The Defenders of the White Star is a covert organization working to destroy the evil in their world. They are based in our world but have teleportation capabilities to return to their own world. Sara is a young, typical 13 year old girl, more interested in friends, chatting on line and herself than saving the world. But, unknown to Sara, the fate of her own world, Tenebrae and the world she lives in now, the Earthly Realm depends upon her using her magic skills to destroy the evil in the Black Realm and restore the throne to her Mother. In the first book, TENEBRAE, her mother, the heir to the throne, is kidnapped by her evil sisters so they can inherit the Queendom. It is up to Sara to rescue her and begin her destiny in Tenebrae. Join Sara in her adventures in the mythical and magical Realm as she encounters unimaginable evil creatures and makes friends with adorable characters of the realm.

Ramon, a steel detailer, was born and raised in Salt Lake City. Since early adulthood Ramon has moved from one place to another. He finally landed in Salt Lake City again just before the 2002 Olympics. While watching the Olympics he decided he needed a warmer climate, he packed everything he owned (which was very little) and moved to the Disneyland area in California. It is there where he met his destiny, Ann. Ann, a Systems Analyst, was born in the Midwest, but moved to San Diego when she was only 7. One of the first things Ann told Ramon when they met was that she would never leave Southern California. As we write about Sara we reside in Springfield, Missouri. We have learned, life is flexible. This is our first attempt at writing anything, but both have dreamed all of their lives of writing and are both avid readers. As husband, one of Ramon's most important jobs is keeping Ann supplied with books to read. Ramon has 2 children by a previous marriage and Ann has 3.
It seems the rulers in Tenebrae believe they are more popular than they really are. They contribute the growing numbers of visitors to this page as justification for their claim. We on the other hand contribute the growing number of visitors as fan based loyalty to the Defenders of the White Star. If our visitors could E-mail us at
